How to stop windows from sleeping without control panel?

How can I stop my computer from sleeping while doing downloads without the control panel.My explorer.exe is broken I have tried everything but it's just not working.But I got Used to it,now I open what I need with cmd and task manager but is there anyway to stop windows from sleeping maybe at all without the control panel?(and safe mode didn't work for me...)

Re-install Windows, if the main user interface in Windows is not working, you have issues. You can try to do a Repair setup also first instead of a full clean setup.
