How to Sync a OneDrive folder with two Windows 10 PCs

I am trying to Sync a OneDrive folder with folders on two Windows 10 PCs. I am using SyncToy on both PCs and when I first set up the backup it worked separately but after running SyncToy on PC I am getting an Exception error: Cannot read Metadata". Can this error be corrected?

but it doesn't explain why, maybe conflicts.
