How to take things out of folders all at once

I just downloaded pictures from my iPhone 6s onto my PC and all the pictures are in seperate folders. Is there a method or program that puts them all in one folder?

Unfortunately not. You'll have to do it manually - - cut & paste.

You can try opening the common folder that contains all the other sub-folders. Do a search in that folder for the file extension of the pictures (ex search for .jpg) The results should be all your pictures and you can then cut and paste all those files into the folder of your choosing.
