i am using plain windows 10. Using the cmd prompt. How do I TakeOwn of the C drive?

What exactly do I need to put into the cmd prompt?

There are results on google. But I'm not sure what to put in exactly because I can't find anyone that does it to a C drive.

Solution
The problem with taking ownership of C drive is that you are taking ownership away from windows users such as SYSTEM and TrustedInstaler that are required for windows to function. It breaks windows and as said above, only way to fix it is a clean install. reset won't work as permissions have been changed, same applies to any windows tool. System restore won't work.

Wow, that was about an annoying video.
Created by a hyperactive chipmunk.

You've screwed the entire C drive. Ownership is not the same across all folders. Some are user, some are admin, some are by some internal system magic.
You can't recreate that.

Wipe and reinstall.

A Restore Point now would only be the state it is in now.
It's not a time machine.

Backups are what you do before the bad thing happens.
