How to tell CL2 or CL3

How do I tell what kind of memory I have CL2 or CL3 ?
I have an ASUS P3V4X mb with 128 Mb.

Sisoft Sandra, mainboard information test- Scroll down and it will tell you the chipset of the RAM and it's latency.
