I'm trying to RMA my video card because it is not working. I asked EVGA support and they said it is either the power supply or the video card that is the problem. They said to try the card in another computer, but I don't have another one. Is there a way to test my power supply to see if it is the problem?

The $20 solution is to buy a PSU tester: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817999011&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-Power+Adapters-_-N82E16817999011&gclid=CNiB4tD_1sACFWwQ7AodnBAA5Q

or you can try the paper clip test but it's dangerous and you can hurt yourself:

Fwiw, I thought I had a problem with an EVGA card previously as my computer kept shutting down randomly post install. I called them and they accepted the RMA but then I thought to test my cpu temps (http://www.techpowerup.com/realtemp/) and discovered it was overheating. I replaced the fan w/ a much bigger one and then no problemo.
The moral of the story there is how nice the EVGA RMA guy was. Thankfully I didn't take advantage of that kindness and tried the new heat sink by sending it in.

I have an i5-4690k, right now I am using my Motherboard's Integrated Graphics Card. I removed my gtx 970 because it is not working.
