How to throw concussion?

How do I throw tactical grenades or concussion in black ops 3?
Im playing in default settings..

This shows all default mouse/key/controller bindings. This is also found in the game directory as a file named "bindings_1.cfg" in the Players folder. It's easier to read with Wordpad than Notepad.

Default for frag grenade is G on Keyboard, R Shoulder on gamepad, and MMB on Mouse.
