how to transfer data

i have 2 hard drives in my pc one ssd and on 2tb how can i transfer some ssd stuff to my hdd striaght transfer no shortcuts and my ssd is full i do now know how how can i check recent things downloaded thanks and please help me on this all so

... open the location of what you want to move, and the location of where you want to move it to.

Highlight what you want to move, and drag it to where you want it moved.

If that doesn't work, it's a specific type of folder, so come back and tell me what it is.

not entirely sure what you're asking. Are you just trying to move files? move your whole profile onto another drive? move files or programs to another drive, and make sure your desktop or start menu icons/applications are properly mapped to their new location? etc.
