I want to clean up my hard drive and delete or not use bad sectors on it. I dont think that my hdd have really bad sectors, I just want to do this as a preventative.

Now before doing that. I dont want to corrupt any of my personal and system files so I would like to know if there is a way to detect and transfer files from bad sectors to a "good" sector part of the drive so that I can safely proceed and delete or not use bad sectors of the drive. thanks!

Solution
well i really dont know yet if my drive have bad sectors i just assumed based on something i read that says that even new hard drives already have bad sectors out of the factory.
The drive itself will mark any 'bad sectors', and simply not use them.
You can't do this manually.

A drive with 'bad sectors' IS failing. May not be "fail in the next 5 minutes", but it most certainly failing.

They won't get better.
