Question How to troubleshoot "Kernel-Power Error Event ID 41 Task Category 63" error ?

so recently and about couple of months i been getting these crashes and bsod and freeze/hang pc

My Specs
MBD: ASRock H510-HDV/M.2
CPU: Intel Core I7-11700F
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 TI
PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE 5 & ATX 3.0
OS: Windows 11

The error: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly "

but there are other errors i get to like:
HYPERVISOR_ERROR
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
