How to turn down the Corsair SP120 fans?

I just recently purchased a double pack of these Corsair SP120 fans, and they are relatively loud. I just wanted to know if there is a way that I can turn down the rpm on them, to make them quieter.

You can't without volt-modding them, because they are not PWM.

Use the low noise 7 volt adapter THAT COMES WITH THEM ,it will drop the voltage and they will run quieter.
