How to turn off AMD Cool'n'Quiet?

Recently found out that disabling Cool'n'Quiet is the solution to a problem I'm facing. But I don't know how disable it. After doing some research I found out that there's a option in BIOS but I didn't find anything regarding Cool'n'Quiet in BIOS. I'm using AMD FX-8350 & MSI 970 GAMING motherboard.

Its under the overclock tab , CPU features - this will open a new sub menu .

What problem are you having exactly , because disabling cool & quiet is almost always a bad idea .

I'm facing random reboots. It is caused by temperature I suppose because I'm using stock CPU cooler.

Disabling cool & quiet will likely make that worse.
All it does is lower voltage & clocks at idle or low loads.
If anything it keeps temperatures lower.
