Question How to turn off Secure Boot on ROG Strix B450-F Gaming Motherboard?

I'm running the latest BIOS version for my motherboard, version 2901 (Released 10/16/19).
I've tried deleting secure boot keys and switching to 'Other OS', but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you describe what happens now? "to no avail" is not a satisfactory answer.
