How to Undervolt A6-5400k

How to undervolt A6-5400k?, I already try the RM clock but it's only for Intel, and ta K10 but it says "only for 10h,11h,12h, etc., and try to DOwnload PS check but my AntiVirus detecting Trojan Always,
what software You can recommend to me?

BTW the reason why I'm undervolting because of my CPU temp. in Idle 49~55, Internet 56~70, Gaming 66~88. It's too high, I already update Bios, change thermal paste,Update ups but it doesn't change anything, So I decided to Undervolt bec. that is one of the solution that I read in Websites, so how can I Undervolt my AMD cpu?

undervolting is only a band-aid to the solution, you need to get a new cooler for the cpu. What are your full system specs including the case.

I didn't Overclock it,

Specs:
Amd A6 5400k
Amd radeon HD 4600 series
4gb RAM samsung
Stock HSF
1 92mm Fan zalman(back Exhaus)
1 80Mm black fan(Side Intake)
320gb HDD sata
400W PSU Ideal

I used AmD overdrive I change the Volts but the Bios is keep reseting it to 1.360v which is the normal volt

your bios will over rule any software voltages that you set. Its best to change it in the bios so it will always boot up to the set voltage.

You can change the voltage with software once in windows, but you will have to load windows then open AMD overdrive and change the voltage every time. You might be able to set a profile and when windows loads have it auto start AMD overdrive and have it load the preset profile so you don't have to do it manually every time.

I still think changing to an aftermarket cooler will solve all your problems without going through all the hassle of changing the voltage on the cpu. It probably wouldn't hurt to change cases as well as the 80mm and 92mm fans are not moving enough air in the case to keep everything cool.

so can I set my AMD overdrive so I will not set it everytime I open my PC, My mom bought me new Cooler but it will arrive here on Nov. so I need an alternative solution for my PC. before my cooler arrive
