Question How to undervolt Gpu and Cpu?

Hi, I have a 2060 and a ryzen 7 3700x, with the latter the temperatures in idle range from 58 to 62 degrees and in game they reach (although rarely) to 70. While if I use the gpu on games like red dead redemption it gets to touch 81 degrees ... this thing is annoying because the PC becomes very noisy so I was advised to undervoltare both components and I wanted to ask you how.

For the 3700X, the best way to tame it is to limit the PPT. You could also try setting a negative voltage offset, but this may reduce performance due to clock stretching.

For the video card, you have to use MSI Afterburner, but otherwise you could either limit the power or modify the VF curve.

Are you using the stock AMD cooler that came with your 3700X?

What case do you have? How many fans, what size, location, airflow direction.

i have the corsair 220t i use the cooler master mirage

Looks like the 220T came with 3 fans pre-installed in the front. I assume you put your CM Mirage (240?) in the top as exhaust. Have you populated the rear 120mm fan mount with an exhaust fan?
