How to unlock core voltage in MSI afterburner R9 270x sapphire

i think the title is self explanitory

In the settings. The one that says unlock voltage.. It's disabled by default.

i have already tried that

Then your voltage is locked and you cant change it without custom BIOS.

You may be able to change reference design in options but I dont think you can on non-MSI cards
