how to unlock voltage on gigabyte R9 280X

guys i have gigabyte r9 280x(gv-r928xoc-3gd rev 1.0) i dont know how to unlock volatge on it , tried through editing the msi after burner config file i didnt help , i have a feeling the power limit option is not that useless for overclocking the card , secondy i dont know if my voltage is locked in software or bios ..please guys i need help

Instead of MSI aB try another overclocking program called
Sapphire Trixx.

I sometimes find it allows voltage control even though MSI ab can't seem to be able to. I believe the rev 1.Gigabyte cards are voltage unlocked.
However online some people have got it to work and other have not.
