How to unlock with ghost touching

Hi so I have a bit old Acer v5 aspire touch and now I started having a problem with the touch part of it. So I'm getting crazy ghost touching like 10 per second down the middle of the screen. Unable to type in my pin or unlock or anything. Restarting doesn't help, what am I supposed to do about this? The screen is cracked in the corner but has been like that and look to be only glass digitalized seems ok. How can I get around this?

I have had ghost touch problem with my Moto G4 Plus (2016) smartphone.

It usually happens when try to use the phone while charging.

Unfortunately, there is no solution to this problem.

However, in you case it is possible that the screen is damaged and that is what's causing this.
