Hi there,

First of all, let me apologize for any language mistake I may make as English is not my native language.
I bought a new water cooler, but in order to use it I'll need to remove the support I used with the last one, the problem is the screws won't come out, none of them.
I really don't know what to do because I am afraid of damaging the MB, and considering I live in Brazil, a new one would cost me an arm and a leg 🙁

I've attached a picture so you guys now which screws im talking about.
I can't - in any ways - unscrew them

I don't know the word in English, but it's like they "lost the grip".

Is there any oil I could apply that would not damage the motherboard?

For now, I've requested a refund on the water cooler and I'll buy another one which apparently uses the same support.

I had a Cooler Master ML120, and I am considering buying a Cooler Master MASTERLIQUID ML360L V2

Since the motherboard is out of the case, what does the picture of the back side look like?

It was until a few hours ago 🙁 I took two pictures either way.

It doesn't look like there is any reason those screws should not come out. The threads look undamaged and the nuts look secure. I don't have an explanation as to why you can't unscrew those screws.
The screws go through holes in the motherboard and don't connect to the motherboard, just the backplate.

Looks like the screws are not Philips head.
Verify that you are using the proper screwdriver.

If you are having difficulty with slippage, support the under side of the motherboard and press down very hard to unscrew. Try not to slip or you will damage the screw head.

In the future, do not tighten screws more than "snug"
