How to unzip files into cap file?

Asus ??? This program from their site "BRenamerl.exe".
An example for my MB:
Downloaded BIOS file : PRIME-X370-PRO-ASUS-3203.zip
Unziped to a folder : PRIME-X370-PRO-ASUS-3203
Inside it a file : PRIME-X370-PRO-ASUS-3203.CAP
Used BRenamerl.exe to convert it to BIOS usable file: X370pro.cap

In my file, there isn't a file named "YourMoboName.CAP" there is only MEUpdateTool.exe, PeUpdater.exe, .dll files, and folders. Am I supposed to do something with one of those? And also, is BRenamerl.exe something that you have to install separately?

When I click on them, it says "This tool doesn't support [0CPH8W] Motherboard" and the other one says "can't open AsIO.sys !! (2)" What should I do? I have the asus Z170-E mobo btw.

Yes, I downloaded, then made a new folder on desktop, then extracted to there...

The steps they give you on moving bios to usb is unclear and vague, it mostly specifies on how to install it once its on your new pc
