How to update bios?

How do i update my bios? and is it worth it? Do i need to flash it into an usb to update it or can i just do in a program?

It only worth it if the new bios version fix a problem you are having.

If you feel the need to update your bios because of an underperforming pc or if you have to fix a problem,
only then you should update your bios, like @rgd1101 said.
If this is the case and you have a bios version older than 12/05/2015, you can update it.
Go to the link you have posted and you'll find bios updates in the 'drivers and tools' section under the 'support' tab.
Select the proper OS version and download the latest bios in the list.
To install the bios file (.cap extension), you have to download and use the bios updater utility under the list of bios utilities.
There's a text file included in the download which will explain you how to do this.

Bupdater Utility V1.30 for flash BIOS under DOS.
That one? I downloaded it for Windows 8.1 the one i got and it says i cant run that version. :S
