My pc is freezing every 2 hours. I guess i need to update firmware as i never have. I have a SATA 1TB HDD and two Raid0 SSDs 200GB. WEre do i get a firmware update?
If you are referring to your motherboard firmware. Then you will have to visit the website of your motherboard manufacturer and search for the model of your motherboard, then download any updates you find there.
well the thing is. I read on most forums that i need to update my SSD firmware or HDD firmware. So were do i get this firmware from? is downloading my mobo drivers updating my firmware?

If you are referring to the SSD firmware, then again, you can find this on the manufacturers website, and search for your SSD model(s)
Motherboard firmware, comes in the form of "bios updates" usually you can find this under the drivers section.
I would recommend you get both SSD and motherboard updates, as they usually fix any known issues with hardware.
I know its a firmware problem. It freezes at the 2 hour or 1 hour mark. Idk what i did to start this prob. but idk how to update my firmware either. I think im using a SATA HDD? it says sata in my device manager.

You will have to switch off your PC, unplug it, open the case and look to see what model of SSD's you own. Don't worry about the HDD, it probably will not require and firmware updates. Just the Solid State drives.
