How to update motherboard BIOS

Im getting a error code while updating my GPU drivers

ERROR CODE
thread stuck in device driver

I googled it and it says that updating bios can fix it


My system

CPU -- Intel Core i5‑6500 3.2 GHz Quad‑Core Processor SkyLake

GPU -- MSI Radeon RX 480 4GB GAMING X Video Card

RAM -- G.Skill Ripjaws V series 16GB

PSU -- SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Mother Board -- ASUS B150 GAMING/AURA

1.Improve system stability
2.Enhance system compatibility

Unzip it and put in a usb, boot into BIOS and choose BIOS update.

2. MEUpdateTool
Intel has identified security issue that could potentially place impacted platform at risk.
Use ME Update tool to update your ME.
*We suggest you update ME Driver to the latest Version 11.7.0.1040 simultaneously.
Please download the file and check the MD5 code first.
