So I have an AMD Radeon HD 8670D integrated graphics card. I play a lot of PC games so I want to upgrade but I can't seem to figure out what would fit into my computer. Any help figuring out a compatible graphics card to add on, or a new CPU/GPU combo that would fit on my motherboard would be much appreciated. thank you

update - So my motherboard is a gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H, form factor Micro ATX Form Factor; 24.4cm x 24.4cm

Update - I was asked for pictures of the inside of my computer, here is they are! http://imgur.com/a/9cO25

so I've figured out that the form-factor has to do with what motherboard I have. I've determined that the brand is Gigabyte, Ultra Durable series and it is smaller than most of the ones I've seen other people have. Still trying to figure out anything more specific. Thank you for helping!

Hi,
What I really was going for is not what the mobo form is, but what is the tower form. There are cards that will not fit into a tower that is micro atx. And on top of that, cards that will not fit into micro atx boards because they may run into the ram. Sorry for the confusion.

The reason matx is not a case size is there are multiple case sizes that only fit matx or smaller: mini tower would be what you are thinking, a regular full width tower with 4 expansion slots, but there's also slim, sff, desktop, htpc, cube and others, all which can be only matx or smaller. These sizes can also come in mitx so still not a complete size description of just saying matx.

Also all mini towers are not created equal. Some can fit any card on the market especially ones with a removable hdd cage. This is why I ask for a model not size.

my case size is the larger standard size that most people's pc towers are. the motherboard always looked so small in there :)

now we need to know the make and model of your power supply

also take a pic of the case with the side panel off, upload it to imgur or other image hosting site and post the link to it

Pictures taken! link is up top on the original question. thank you again for you help everyone!

You have a Rosewill Green Series RG530-S12 530w power supply

A good choice for you would be a gtx 950

the best cpu that motherboard supports is the Athlon X4 860K

It would be worth upgrading the cpu if you dont have an a10 already

if you dont know what cpu you have, this program will tell you:
