PLEASE HELP , my sony vaio VPCZ227GG turn into 32bit after recovery by media DISK . now i can't change back to 64bit . the f10 has not working anymore maybe because somehow i delete the recovery 64bit in my SSD . what should i do to upgrade my laptop to 64bit os again? im using w7 proffesional 64bit before downgrade to 32bit?

You can't recover if you deleted the 64 bit stuff. You will have to reinstall a 64. You do need the key in your machine, so use a key finder like Produkey to get it, and write it down to save it. You will have to buy or download installation disks, if you lost yours, or the machine did not come with them. Dell OEM Windows 7 disks work on any brand, or you can buy a generic reinstall disk as you prefer. Of course you must match the edition (like Home...) of your key, and get a 64 bit disk.

That download will not accept an OEM code like that on the Sony, unless it was changed recently. OEM Windows is supported by the vendor that sold the computer.

If the system originally had 64 bit, the recovery media may have both 32 and 64 bit available.

If not, getting a restore media from Sony would be cheaper then buying a new license. Or finding a computer savy friend or shop that happened to have the OEM Windows 7 ISO already downloaded.

That is correct. It asks you to enter a key, which must be a retail key. When you enter an OEM key, Microsoft will not download. When this happens, it's time to celebrate Octoberfest in Germany:
