Question How to use amd fluid motion in games? AMD RX 7600 XT

I am currently testing AMD Fluid motion frames, on an RX 7600 XT I wanted to know if AFMF technology, this technology also has effects on the operating system? Maybe I feel that the mouse is smoother by enabling this option, apart from this, is it advisable to have this option active for any game?

This function has to be enabled in games that support it, it has nothing to do with OS.
