[SOLVED] How to use Bing Wallpaper as Windows Desktop backgound ?

Hey guys, I looked at some youtube videos on how to use Bing Wallpaper but it's not working on my end for whatever reason. I have it installed in Chrome Extension but only thing it does is whenever I should open a new browser tab, the image is there. This is not what I need. I want my google Home page to be the default in all browser tabs and the Bing wallpaper to show only as my desktop backgound image, how can i do this please?

Download the image from the net and add it as desktop background.
