How to use hardware encoding for OBS with AMD?

I don't have a a very high end PC and I've heard using hardware encoding is much more efficient However the only encoding option I see on OBS is software x264. I tried installing this https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/amd-advanced-media-framework-encoder-plugin-for-obs-studio.427 but nothing changed. I'm using the latest version of OBS 21.1.0 on windows 8. My hardware is FX- 4130, Biostar - TA970, 8 GB DDR3 1866, and a 3GB Radeon 7950.

In the thread you posted it showed a way to change the renderer to OpenGL but not the encoder. Changing the renderer really helped but i'm still wondering how to change the encoder?

But OpenGL is the hardware encoding similar to Nvec.264 from nvidia, I have also R7 250 i used that option when i recorded via plugin for Ethernet.
Other way I really don't know, im not sure does the OBS support other hardware encoding than OpenGL of AMD cards.
