How to use M.2 NVMe SSD

Hi all,
I have HP Z800 Workstation
I have installed the samsung M.2 NVMe on M.2 to pcie x4 adapter

There's no way to setup windows when my Bios didn't support boot from it, i was tried everything and all methods
My question is :
Can i use it near my Kingston ssd, to install the heavy programs on NVMe ?
Like resolume arena, autocad and adobe illustrator

Because i need to use it as fast as possible

It should appear as just another drive letter.
Use it like any other drive. Install what you wish to it.

Whatever is installed on it will run somewhat faster than a SATA III SSD.

Now, if you can tell the difference between 1.2 sec (SATA III SSD) and 1 sec (NVMe SSD)...more power to you.

Find out what drive letter the SSD is and then point the installer to install on that drive.

When you install something, don't simply click through the defaults.
Select Custom or Advanced. It will give you the opportunity to install to whatever drive you choose.
