Question How to use Ryzen Master Utility

This is the first time I have been on this forum. I just downloaded the Ryzen Master Utility after reading about it in PC World. Can anyone tell me how I should use it. What should I be looking at and for

PC World said I can monitor my CPU with this. But I guess my problems is I do not know what I am looking at. I recorded a screen video of 1 minute of the Current screen when I installed it and I thought I would periodically compare that with what is going on. But I do not really understand what a good temperature, clock speed or voltage should be for my computer. or what all the gauges on Advanced View mean. Is there somewhere that I can read up on this basic information, so I will understand what I am looking at. I really didn't even understand the reference guide
