how to white list website?

Hi guys,

In previous windows I've used content advisor to block all website and whitelist specific websites.
windows 10 pro seems prmoved this features.

is there any solution for this in windows 10 pro? or any software like that can handle for admin to secure out local users?

Can't use website filter on router because not all PC should be filtered website only specific PC need to block all websurf and only accessible to specific url.

There is a Parental Control in windows 10 which can block websites.

it only work on microsoft online accounts..

Well you can use a 3rd party firewall or parental control software like (K9 web ) to block or whitelist websites

k9 is good but it also block my applicaitons.

example I blocked www.outlook.com with k9 but I want to use outlook 2016 web client which it also blocked by the k9 it won't let me send my emails.
