[SOLVED] How un/safe is this file? Scan result inside

I did a scan on virustotal, and it gave me this list of "detected" stuff:

But, i got that file from a friend... a trusted one as well. He wasn't sure WHY it shows that many detected stuff on it.

Are those detected ones super dangerous for my pc, or is it safe for me to run it? It's only a twitchbot...
