How well could I run these games?

Minimum I would go for resolution is 1280x720. Would preferably like to use 1680x1050, though.

You wouldn't have much problems running those games smoothly but you can get an FX-6300 cpu for 110-120 dollars and an ASRock 960GM/VGS3 FX AM3 mobo for quite cheap.

Also get 2x2gb instead of 1x4gb, better performance. Preferably 2x4gb would be better.

This build is just temporary. Mainly built it as a learning experience.
