How well do these parts go together for low end gaming? HP Radeon HD 6570 1GB

Hello there, I just recently found and bought the HP Radeon HD 6570 since it was compatible with my older hardware and wanted to ask if it will be able to run older games and some decent frame rate for low end gaming.

OS - Windows 8.1 64-bit
RAM - 4GB
CPU - AMD Phenon II X2 555 ~3.2GHz

I plan on running older games like CoD4, Modern Warfare 2, World at War, Dolphin emulator to play Melee and other gamecube games, a PS2 Emulator, possibly CS:GO and things like that.

Most of those games are around the vintage of that GPU, I would imagine it would have no problem at all playing them at their mid to high settings.
