Solution
For a $600-$700 PC, it looks a good choice. Its a high-ultra gaming build if CPU is OCed.
I'd say ~45 FPS on high with moderate AA, shadows etc on FHD on latest titles.
And 35-45 FPS on Ultra with moderate AA, etc. Add 2-5 FPS for minimum AA and stuff.
The best bet will be to upgrade GPU to something like R9 280X or GTX 770, provided you have funds. Upgrading to anything lower, like R9 280 or GTX 760 won't be worth it. Also, you can't get higher than 280X or 770, or you may experience slight bottlenecking.

if you are playing on a 1920*1080 resolution you should disable AA. it'll increase performance and wont decrease graphics as you are playing on 1080p already. it should give you a bit more FPS (I myself play BF4 on ultra with a gtx 760 at 60+ fps), the r9-270x isnt far behind the gtx 760 so your fps should be quite decent
