How worthy art thou oh Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2?

So yeah...how good is this board for OCing?

It lacks VRM cooling (like I know what that means ) and here's the official web page

It's an MATX board and I've got an i3 for it. It's my office PC and I'm basically OCing just for the bragging rights.

Yes it's a little oc monster like it's little brother which i have the GA-H55M-UD2H.
Another good oc'er with usb3.0 is this one.

Just make sure you add an aftermarket HSF like a CM Hyper 212+.
