Whether you're moving from 1 server to another or wanting to add/bring stuff from one computer to another, how can I streamline the process?

For Example, lets say I want to bring the following from 1 place to another:

Discord
Chrome
Firefox
Software 1
Software 2
Document 1
Software 3
Document 2
Document 3

Should I put all of these in a zip file?
IMG?
USB drive?

Wanting to have everything locally and in 1 spot, so I can just click, click, click - All done
Versus emailing stuff to myself or searching each individual download on the internet

unless you are using portable software. software need to reinstall
for document, you can save your doc in 1 location

Network storage (NAS) for documents and other data files. Software is not usually portable.
