Question Howling noise

Hey guys i have built a new pc and have a weird noise coming from my pc. I was checking all my fans and noise stop when i stopped right fan in my gpu - the one closests to front. It happens on certain rpm. I have already redunded one gpu and get another one - same model, but on second card there is the same problem. Gpu is XFX MERC RX 7800 XT. Here is link to the video

even with audio at max all i hear is the sound of air blowing.

you need to remove the side panel and film up close with proper audio
while including you stopping said fan to allow us to hear the difference in noise.

may be the electric current passes through an inductor, audible frequency. It is not dangerous, it will not affect the lifespan of your GPU / Component causing that sound. Its just annoying.

But when I stop the right gpu fan, noise also stops. I think im gonna refund this one also and get Sapphire this time.

Sounds like a fan is loose in it's housing. Refund and get a new one.
