HP 24" EliteDisplay E241i monitor good or not?

Hello

i need some advice about this monitor HP EliteDisplay E241i:

what i want to know is how this monitor will perform on games mostly and movies? ghosting, lag?
i like this monitor cuz of the aspect ratio 6:10 and the 1200p resolution on a 24", its what's available and in my budget now, should i buy it?

btw i'm still using old CRT DELL 21" on 1600x1200, so i'm a bit worried about moving to LCD
