Hello everyone. Today I changed my laptop HDD to SSD. Everything was fine. I rebooted my computer to windows 10 using the microsoft tool. I did all Windows updates and HP Support Assistant updates. And then support assistant suggest me to install new bios firmware and I install the latest firmware on support assistant. Laptop installed the latest firmware normally and rebooted itself and then boom. Laptop got black screen. At first I waited for a while, but after that I start to worry. I did everything to reboot or restore the bios but no laptop responding to anything. Just a black screen and fans nothing more.

+I tried to reset the cmos battery by pressing and holding the open button for 25-30 seconds, did not work.
+I try to reset cmos battery with unplug the cmos battery wait for a while and then press open button for a while and plug cmos battery, not worked.
+I made a bios recovery usb from HP driver website. But I couldn't see the recovery screen. I use "Win+B" "Win+V" "B" "V" "Win" "ESC" "CTRL" "ESC+CTRL" combination not worked.
+I reach the HP customer service but they didnt help me because my computer warranty was expired, I told them ıt happened because of a HP bios update but they didnt care.

I searched for a solution for hours but I couldn't find anything and I don't know what to do anymore. I need help please.
