Question XMP/Higher Freq instability after mounting CPU

I'm relatively new to using XMP and overclocking memory at such high frequencies. I built my PC a few weeks ago and successfully got it functioning at 7600 MT/s using XMP without any issues. However, after swapping my mounting bracket, I encountered major problems with BitLocker and XMP when I restarted my PC. To resolve this, I performed a full Windows reset, reflashed the BIOS, cleared the CMOS, and updated the motherboard drivers, including the chipset. I've also reseated the memory, but I don't know why memory could get affected like this from a CPU Mounting Bracket Change, the CPU was reseated when I first did it.

At the moment, I have my memory manually set to 6800 MHz in the BIOS with everything on auto, and I'm trying to keep it stable for now. I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and MemTest86 without any errors at 6800 MHz. However, as soon as I attempt to increase the memory speed to 7600 MHz, it fails to boot and shows numerous errors. Additionally, when trying speeds between 7000 MHz and 7400 MHz, I experience instability and frequent BSODs with memory errors.

If anyone has experience with these issues, I would appreciate any advice or relevant information.

Play with the cpu heatsink mounting pressure see if it make a diff.
 
I reapplied the original contact frame and the new one both didn't change the outcome of the memory. I'm replacing the memory in two days to see if I can get it working that way.
 
You said you reseated the cpu........you might want to remove the cpu and look close at the socket and pins.
I checked as best I could, and when I looked at the MB and saw nothing out of place. It's annoying because it's not a standard fix with reseat or bent pins and such. Guess just kinda at a lost. But I'm having the replacement memory coming in Tuesday so I can test then and see if it was bad hardware or something.
