[SOLVED] Hp 600 G2 starting really slow

Just got an HP 600 G2 pre-built, and it is taking forever to boot. It takes 4 minutes to get to boot screen and then in a couple minutes it gets to Windows.
System specs:
gtx 1650
2TB harddrive
256 gb ssd
I5-6500
16gb of ram

so an used pc?
remove the hdd. do a fresh os install to the ssd.
