Hp deskjet 840c for windows 7

Hello I have a big problem and need help, I Installed Windows 7 en my laptop but when I conect my print Hp deskjet 840c the recognizes but not print any document. What happend?

Download & install latest Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit depending upon your OS)device drivers for deskjet 840c and try again!
It should work!

I have the same problem as the original poster, so I tried going to the link you posted. When I arrived on the website, however, it just said the same thing as usual, that there are no downloadable drivers for Windows 7 for this printer. I was wondering then which drivers you are downloading if not the ones for windows 7.

PLUG IT IN THE usb port and then go to start then devices and printers,then click add Printer!


Windows update installs this one!

unpack, connect printer, tell system what driver.
