HP DV9500 CPU bottlenek to SSD

I have the above model and wish to upgrade the CPU to 2.5 ghz...

currently on SSD with SATA 2 . is my CPU bottlenecking the whole laptop???

right now it's till fine but i do a lot of word documents and internet browsing.. will upgrading the CPU work to smoothen performance
