HP Elite 8200 TOWER has 320w Stock Psu , would Asus GTX 750 ti OC dual fan work?

DOES MY pc has enough power to run this? , ON GAME Debate it says 400w psu so 320w enough to run this card . I will get this card after 1 month because my dad is bringing it from UK .

In a word, yes. Although you may be stressing the power supply a bit, it should run without problem. These 750 ti cards do really well in low power systems so you should be fine, although a GT 1030 has similar performance and uses a lot less power. Either one should serve you well.

Many GTX750Ti's do not have any additional power required so they can just be put into the PCIe slot and will work just from that, this makes them perfect for low powered systems. However I belief that this may not be the case with the Asus OC card as it requires a single 6pin power. If your power supply has a spare 6pin power cable then you should be fine and would most likely expereince no problems.

i got 2x fans small ones , 1x dvd player , 1x 160gb hdd in it . POWER consumption aint that high .
But my gaming timing is 6-7hours . Would that be fine ? or i would be stressing alot PSU and it would end up dying or damaging card?
