HP elite book 2560 external GPU options

External GPUs are a bad idea in my opinion. IF you need a better GPU or a powerful one for that matter a desktop is always better or you can oblivoulsy buy a new laptop.

Don't buy the one from hwtools, those are overpriced, unless you want to spend $120 vs $30 for an adapter. Looks like you've got expresscard, then that would be easiest. Just be aware you will get like 60% of the card's actual performance because the bandwidth bottleneck. I assume you know the other requirements for an egpu.

While you may be able to, IMO its just not worth it. The x16 slot/gpu will still be on an x1 interface

Yes I know trust me, I have 2 desktops and I was wondering for on the go if there are any external GPU adapter compatible with this laptop, links would be helpful thanks.

I am aware of the bottleneck and I just need to be able to play csgo when on vaca considering I'm on a semi pro team if you could send me a link that would be great.

You going to lug around a big psu/gpu and have an external display to connect to on vacation? Doesn't seem sensible if you want it for portability. Even a cheap laptop can play cs go with good fps nowadays. The mpcie version is $30 but you have to have the bottom cover off.
