HP ELITEBOOK 8440p (OOA) ERROR!

Hello,
Whenever I turn the laptop it wont boot, it says Product information invalid not valid The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid SYSTEM BOARD (OOA) then goes to a black screen and wont boot saying Non-System disk or disk error replace and strike any key when ready, I press a key then it goes black then nothing again?
If anyone is able to help me I would be very thankful, enjoy your rest of the day.

Hi oz your OS startup is corrupt, use your windows installer and first boot it, go to command prompt of your windows installer and use this command in your command line: bootrec /?, in this command all the bootrec parameter will display use any of it, like scanos, fixmbr,fixboot then go back here

Hey, thank you for your reply,
I dont have a windows install disk.
Is their a online way to obtain the windows installer?
Here is what happens when I try to boot the laptop.
It first loads the HP logo then goes to a white screen showing the error code then to a black screen saying non-system disk or disk error, replace and strike any key, I press any key and it disappears and reappears and thats it.

You have a boot failure, find in your area a windows installer burn it in DVD rom, or try to download it in internet but it will consume time. I will not suggest to use a pirated disk because its prohibited, but try to find it by yourself. Have you a recovery disk in your side HP disk, if not try to open in hp website, then go to the loptop section and find your model there and try to download the recovery disk. So use this two options I said.
