Question Hp elitebook 8460p won't turn on.

Hi, i'm trying repair my old laptop. I can't his turn on, power button don't working, but laptop is charging battery. (diods are show this). Laptop is reacts only for QuickWeb button, after click power diod is flashing 2 secounds then charge diod is blinking white/orange color all the time. I tried unplug battery and charger and keep powewr button 60 seconds, unplug keyboard, change charger, RAM , disk and no effect. i tried turn on by connect Docking Station but the same.

Somebody have any ideas?

replace the CMOS/RTC battery, you might not have to disassemble the whole laptop to get to the battery and replace it. But I didn´t find a better video to show where this battery is sitting.

Finally i Changed mainboard - I found a good and cheapaer mainboard from other laptop.(20$) Thanks for help.
