HP elitebook 8770 graphics upgrade

I want to upgrade my HP EliteBook from firepro m4000 to m6100. Does anyone know if this would work?

Only way to do that would be to replace the entire board with one with the m6100 (if it is from the same model laptop). Otherwise, the mobile graphics chips are directly soldered to the board.

My laptop has the firepro graphics and ghe m4000l and the m6100 both are removable have the same pins and will mount to the laptop in the same spot. I just wanted to know because if I get the 6100 it will almost double my graphics performance. I don't see why it would be a problem as long as it fits and it also has similar tdp as well. I would show pics but it won't let me on mobile.
