Question HP Envy desktop - 2 sticks of RAM, no prob, add 2 more, no display whatsoever

HP Envy desktop works fine with 2 sticks of Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 RAM, no prob, add 2 more (SAME RAM, same specs), no display whatsoever. Whatcha think? BIOS?

HP's have a number of desktops under the Envy's nomenclature, which one do you have? An SKU would help us narrow down what you're working with.

As for your prebuilt, might want to see if your BIOS is pending an update.
